The cave is situated 75 km. from Mashad, and is to the south of the village of Moqan. It is 2,910 m. above sea level and has two entrances, one to the south and the other to the east. The main entrance is the southern one, and in about 120 m. there is no need for lighting. This cave is rich in stalagtites and stalagmites. Besides this trait this cave has a water hole and quite a few wells, one of these go as far as 25 m. deep. In the middle of the cave there is a stream and after that the cave divides up into branches thus itself is a spot worth visiting.
